FAQs

Does UK Petroleum sell fuel?

UK Petroleum provides advisory and facilitation services. It should not be described as seller, refinery or cargo owner unless a specific formal appointment and authority exists.

Can UK Petroleum act as buyer mandate or seller mandate?

Yes, where formally appointed in writing. Otherwise the company should be described as independent adviser, facilitator or transaction coordinator.

Do you charge commission?

Success-based remuneration may be agreed under written mandate. Advisory fees may also apply for professional work.

Do you guarantee supply or payment?

No. UK Petroleum does not guarantee product allocation, payment, shipment, inspection result or counterparty performance.

What documents do clients need?

Documents depend on the role and scope. Buyers may need company registration, authorised signatory ID, CIS, LOI/ICPO and financial readiness evidence. Sellers may need corporate documents, authority to sell and product/procedure information.

How do we start?

Arrange an initial consultation. UK Petroleum then confirms whether the matter is suitable and provides a written proposal.
